Why is it important you activate your account?
Access schedule, grades, graduation tracker, documents, IEP, COVID-19 Testing Consent Form and more. In order for your child to return to in-person learning, you must submit the consent form for in-school COVID-19 testing by the first day your child returns to their school building. I created an NYC School Account already; do I have to create a new one?
No. You do not have to create another NYC School Account. Please make sure you access it frequently and complete the COVID-19 Testing Form if your child is returning to the school building once Mayor De Blasio orders the reopening of our school.

- Fill out all your information.
Email: Please make sure you provide an email that you can access immediately
- Go to the email account you provided and follow the instructions
- When asked about the Access Code, please call Ms. Pitts at 917-499-0506
