Why is it important you activate your account?

Access schedule, grades, graduation tracker, documents, IEP, COVID-19 Testing Consent Form and more. In order for your child to return to in-person learning, you must submit the consent form for in-school COVID-19 testing by the first day your child returns to their school building. I created an NYC School Account already; do I have to create a new one?

No. You do not have to create another NYC School Account. Please make sure you access it frequently and complete the COVID-19 Testing Form if your child is returning to the school building once Mayor De Blasio orders the reopening of our school.


Where do I go to activate my NYC Parent/Guardian School Account?

  1. Click the purple box “CREATE ACCOUNT”

  1. Fill out all your information.

              First Name

              Last  Name

              Cell Phone#

              Email:  Please make sure you provide an email that you can access immediately


  1. Go to the email account you provided and follow the instructions


  1. When asked about the Access Code, please call Ms. Pitts at 917-499-0506
